RETURN & REFUND POLICIES

At PAWZO, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • Packaging is intact (tags, box, accessories, etc.)

Note: We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us with:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos/video of the product

  • Reason for return

Once approved, our team will guide you through the process.


3. Replacement or Refund

After we receive the returned product, we will:

  • Inspect the item

  • Approve the return if it matches our criteria

You can choose:

✔ Replacement

We will send you a new product of the same type.

✔ Refund

Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 working days.


4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during clearance/discount sale

  • Customized or personalized products


5. Damaged Products on Delivery

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • Provide an unboxing video (required for verification)

We will replace it or refund you completely.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.
After this, the order may already be processed or shipped.
